Wow ... wow ... a thousand times wow ... I just listened for the 3rd time to your album "Introduction."  (Thanks for your help on how to get to it in ITunes - it worked, even though I'm not exactly a cloud expert.)

The music, the feel, the songs are awesome.  "Girl You've Got the Power" is probably my favorite, but the others are all standouts as well.  I could close my eyes, listen to "The Dance Floor Was Magic," and transport myself to the Kadena Teen Club in 1966.

You make songwriting sound effortless, but I know it's not, and I have to tell you that I have a great deal of respect for what you've done.  It kind of reminds me of something I read one time about the kind of magic that Chris Montez could weave with his listeners.  It said, basically, that his voice was so smooth and powerful that anyone listening to one of his songs thought that he/she could sound just like him as long as they knew the words.  Your songwriting is very much like that - I listen to it and I think, "Wow, I could have written that.  I should have written that.  I would have written that if I had thought about it first."

Anyway, I'm glad I finally got to listen to your original compositions.  If anyone out there in Kubasaki-land hasn't had a chance to share in the experience yet, I highly, highly recommend that they do it.  The music is timeless, but there's a definite connection to the past ... our past ... and you've wired it perfectly.

Best Regards
